By using this website or purchasing sessions from Jennifer Nieto and www.compassionatesoulhealing.com you are agreeing to accept all parts of this Disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions. Thus, if you do not agree to the disclaimer below, stop now, and do not use this website and services. By booking your appointment you state that you have fully read the terms and conditions clearly. You fully agree to paying for Jennifer’s time and experience. If you cancel at any time during any part of your session you will not be given a refund. Session refunds are only provided if you cancel 24 hours in advance. You may however reschedule and be guaranteed the same rate up to 24 hours before your session. If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to your session a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.  By booking any appointment with Compassionate Soul Healing you accept all responsibility for any and all life choices you make. You understand that by working with Jennifer it is meant to help guide you spiritually but ultimately through your free will YOU have to choose and do not hold Compassionate Soul Healing responsible for any decision you make from Jennifer’s guidance. Compassionate Soul Healing also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Negative and abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate termination of services. No refund will be given in this case. In the rare event that Jennifer is forced to cancel any appointment she will make every effort to reschedule at her earliest possible opening with a little extra time added as a thank you for your understanding. By booking an appointment with Compassionate Soul Healing you understand that all sessions are confidential in nature. The strict exception to this rule is in the case Jennifer feels you are a danger to yourself or others in which case the necessary help will be called. If for any reason you or someone you know is feeling suicidal please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.
